Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment or Production: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or produced.
- Within 24 Hours: No cancellation fee if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours but not shipped will incur a transaction fee for refunds (3.6% for credit card and PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.


Returns Policy (Applicable Conditions)

- Time Frame: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after product delivery.
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unactivated, in new condition, and in original packaging with all components.
- Transaction Fee: A fee will be charged for processing refunds (3.6% for credit card and PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).


Return Process

1. Eligibility Confirmation: Contact our customer service to verify if your order qualifies for a return.
2. Instructions: Eligible orders will receive return instructions.
3. Return Address: Confirm the return address with us before sending the item back.
4. Package Requirements: Ensure all original components are included in the return package.

Shipping Fees for Returns

- Consumer Responsibility: If the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which varies based on the chosen express company.

- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If items are damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

- Process: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and process the returned product.
- Notification: Customers will be notified via email upon the processing of the refund.
- Follow-Up: If the refund is not received within 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, and then contact us at support@lfibot.com for further assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

- Initial Steps: Check your bank account, contact your credit card company and bank as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
- Further Assistance: If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lfibot.com for support.

Warranty Repair Service

Contact NOVABOT or an authorized dealer for warranty service. Valid proof of purchase and the product's serial number are required to initiate service.

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as natural disasters. The warranty is also void if product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following scenarios within 30 days of product receipt:

  • Substantial damage in transit, with proof from the carrier.
  • Delivery of the incorrect product.
  • Products that exhibit critical failures or manufacturing defects.

Note: The warranty period for replaced items begins on the date the replacement is received. Replacement requests must be submitted and returned products shipped within 14 calendar days from the approval date.


  • Replacement requests beyond 30 days of receipt.
  • Defects or damages determined to be user-induced.
  • Unverifiable or absent proof of purchase.
  • Unreported shipping damages beyond the specified reporting period.
